New snowkiting location!

Yesterday DC and I had a great snowkiting session at Penhills Golf Course in Schubenacadie. Lots of powder! Unfortunately, I spoke with the owners today and they have banned snowkiting due to concerns over possible damage to their grass. Fair enough.
The good news is that while riding at Penhills I was eying up a huge field with a bit of slope across the Shubie River. So today I spoke to Burton Killeen owner of Wharf Rd. Farms Ltd. and the 40 acre field I was eyeing. Burton is cool with us using the field and no need to call for permission. Directions:take Exit 11 off the 102 to Stewiacke. Turn left off the ramp and go a few miles till you see the farm. The field is just 500m further up the road. This spot should work in NW, N, NE wind directions. Its about a 40 minute drive from Halifax.
